Excited to share that, just two weeks into my Master in Management at TBS Education Barcelona, I’ve been elected as a Class Delegate for my cohort! 🎓🇪🇸
As Class Delegate, I’ll serve as a link between my classmates, faculty, and the academic team. I’ll be helping communicate student feedback, concerns, and ideas while working to make meaningful improvements to our experience at the school.
Being entrusted with this responsibility so early in the program means a lot to me. I’m looking forward to making sure my classmates feel heard and represented while also developing my leadership, communication, and negotiation skills along the way.
Throughout my life, I’ve learned the importance of listening to different perspectives, communicating clearly, and advocating for the people you represent. I’m excited to bring those experiences into this new role and contribute to my cohort throughout the program.
Two weeks in, and already looking forward to everything still to come!
