Project: Team Recognition Video – Farewell Montage
Objective: Celebrate a colleague’s contributions and strengthen team morale through meaningful internal storytelling.
Role & Execution: Concepted and produced a surprise farewell montage, coordinating clips and messaging to reflect Angelo Bavaro’s five years of impact at the station.
Outcome/Impact: Created a memorable moment that boosted team connection, reinforced a positive newsroom culture, and recognized individual contributions.
